Zarna Naik
The driving force behind YES CRM, Zarna has been a part of the SaaS-based solutions ecosystem since 2010. She has subject matter expertise in the medical and healthcare industries, with a rich experience of working with global clients.
After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from one of the leading dental institutions in Mumbai, INDIA, she completed her Post-graduation in Health Informatics from USA. Upon returning to India, she started YES CRM with a vision to help customers embrace technology & streamline their operations. Zarna oversees the Technical team at YES CRM to ensure quality services are delivered to all clients within the prescribed timelines.
Chintan Naik
After completing his Masters in Business Administration, Chintan started his career in the Banking sector wearing multiple hats in the roles of underwriting, sales & credit analysis over a span of ten years in the field.
In 2017, he joined YES CRM, and presently leads the business development and client relations functions. With a customer-first approach, Chintan exudes a collaborative spirit and strong ethical conduct to deliver maximum value to all partners.
