It was indeed a good experience working YES CRM team. we wanted to launch Zoho Recruit for our organisation. End-to-End customization which was required was catered by Zarna and team. Special mention and thanks to Omkar Jadhav who not only supported in short time of span but worked really hard on this project. We always believe in team work and indeed it was pleasure working with Omkar on this project. He not only supported but understood are requirement and provided us with many alternative solutions that ultimately led us to achieve our goal. We launched Zoho Recruit ATS and we are extremely happy with customization YES CRM team has catered. Thank you once again for all your support on this project.

We had engaged YES CRM to assist in the implementation of Zoho People timesheet module. I am glad to report that Omkar Jadhav, the consultant engaged on our project did a commendable job with the entire implementation and ensured that the deliverables were completed within the agreed timeframe. We had a seamless experience of implementing Zoho People and Zoho Recruit with Yes CRM. It began with Chintan from Yes CRM who really understood our requirements well while there were multiple complexity related to the org mapping. Their implementation is really wonderful and patient in understanding the requirements and changing needs while we go through the process. Must talk about Bhagyashree, Sukhjit and Omkar who have been fantastic in the whole journey. When we first met the YES CRM team, i was quite skeptical on how would they understand HR policies and processes to be set up for us since we had a lot of nitty, gritties in our implementation due to multiple location, different roles and policies but throughout the implementation Zarna and her team specially Bhagyashree & Sukhjit understood all minute nuances from us and gave us the desired result on the system. What I particularly liked was even though there was back and forth with changes, never did they raise an issue. One particular module that I was very sure i wanted in a particular way was the Transfer process and Bhagyashree ensured finally we got what we wanted. Also for Zoho payroll, despite of not being from HR background Sukhjit understood our requirement and gave us the desired system we needed to process our payroll smoothly. Their testing scripts were also very useful. Thank you YES CRM team for the wonderful implementation for both Zoho people & Zoho payroll
