When we first met the YES CRM team, i was quite skeptical on how would they understand HR policies and processes to be set up for us since we had a lot of nitty, gritties in our implementation due to multiple location, different roles and policies but throughout the implementation Zarna and her team specially Bhagyashree & Sukhjit understood all minute nuances from us and gave us the desired result on the system. What I particularly liked was even though there was back and forth with changes, never did they raise an issue. One particular module that I was very sure i wanted in a particular way was the Transfer process and Bhagyashree ensured finally we got what we wanted. Also for Zoho payroll, despite of not being from HR background Sukhjit understood our requirement and gave us the desired system we needed to process our payroll smoothly.
